Quiet Strength Psychotherapy

Chelsea is a holistic, trauma-responsive psychotherapist, licensed in Washington State.

The human experience has always held Chelsea’s fascination. She initially applied this curiosity to the field of human-centered design, working in social impact tech for nearly a decade to help make tech more useful & impactful on people’s lives. With her own personal experience in therapy healing old wounds, Chelsea felt called to a new career in counseling to support folks with their own mental health. She obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School in 2025.

Chelsea enjoys supporting high-achieving adults in careers like medicine and technology who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, or reduced self-esteem.
